Background: Allegra, Tamaki's mother, died when giving birth and so was raised by his father and brother. On his 12th birthday his father left for work in the morning and never came back leaving Yuki to look after Tamaki. Yuki never really liked Tamaki, he was 8 when their mother died and remembered her vividly. He always blamed Tamaki for the family problems as he believed that if Tamaki wasn't born then their mother wouldn't have died and their father wouldn't have left, meaning his life would still be a happy one. A month after Tamaki's 17th birthday, Yuki left to go study in America leaving Tamaki on his own. However though all this Tamaki was a bight student with good grades, he liked school because it meant getting away from the problems he had at home. He particularly loved English literature and reading, learning about strange creatures called humans, he'd often fantasise what it would be like to be a human. After his secondary school he chose to go to university to study English literature where he lives at school and works as a waiter in a cocktail bar to earn money for rent.
Personality: He's hard working, motivated and never gives up. Though he is very quiet in class and hates attention he tries to be invisible even in an empty room. He'd rather get lost in a book then go out at night, he stays inside studding, only going out for work and school, all shopping will be done on the way back from one of those trips.
Love Interest: Because of his social status (being invisible) Tamaki has never been on a date or even truly liked another. His first love interest was a badger anthro who would sit opposite him on the only in the library to read when he was in middle school but her family moved away before he could even talk to her. Ever since he classed himself as bi, mainly to open his options to the world though he'd never had strong feelings towards another male until Touya Sahtori, his university tutor.
Other: Tamaki will work hard no matter what the task, be it work, school or house work, he hates to like in a mess and everything has its place. His home consists of a bedsit, a bedroom and a kitchen/dining/living room area though it him it's his personal castle and he loves how he doesn't have to rely on anyone to live there.
